The defender goes marauding forward down the left before sending a cross/shot goalwards that Dahmen palms away.

The Heidenheim skipper gets on the end of the resulting free-kick, but his flicked header goes narrowly over the bar.

Kaufmann almost springs a surprise on the Augsburg defence as he gets to a ball in behind before Dahmen, but his touch past the onrushing goalkeeper is swept away by a team of recovering defenders.

Mainka does well to wrestle the ball away from Wolf near the corner flag before running inside and feeding Conteh in space near the penalty spot. Again, though, the resulting shot from the attacker is wild and flies high over the bar. Both keepers remain untested.

The hosts come forward with pace down the right through Traoré, who tries to feed a low ball into the box. The cross is blocked by Massengo, but falls perfectly into the path of Ibrahimović, who blazes over the bar from inside the box. That could have been so much more.

Conteh bursts in behind the Augsburg defence after some good combination play and is brought to the ground by Zesiger, who earns the first yellow card of the game. That was a good run from Conteh, and had he got away from that challenge, he could have had a real chance.
