Reggiani’s goal was unprecedented - never have so many teenagers scored in the division with the previous record set at 18 in 2021/22, which was equalled when Patrice Čović scored Werder Bremen’s fourth in their 4-1 victory over Union Berlin on Matchday 25.

Additionally, the 55 goals scored by teenagers this season is also a record high, with the previous best of 52 strikes in place since 2018/19.
