BRACE FOR HAALAND!

It's two for Haaland and three for Dortmund as the hosts seal the win. It's a slapstick goal, as Haaland tucks the ball around Hradecky and fires home into an empty net after Wendell's attempted pass across defence.

PISZCZEK NOT FAR AWAY

Brandt collects the ball on the byline to the left of the Leverkusen goal, and cross to the edge of the box. Piszczek is making a lung-bursting run to meet it, but his glancing header goes just wide at the near post.

VAR CHECK

We had a check there from VAR after Reus' goal, with Reinier close to getting his head to the ball, with Delaney in what appeared to be an offside position. In the end, there was no touch on Reus' free-kick before it bounced in.

REUS MAKES IT TWO!

Dortmund double their lead six minutes into the second half, having taken the lead five minutes into the first, and it's Reus who bags the goal. It's a free-kick to the left of the Leverkusen area which he powers into the middle. Reinier and Delaney go close to flicking on, but no one gets a touch and the ball bounces through and in beyond Hradecky.

REUS SHOT BLOCKED!

A rare chance for Dortmund here as they counter with numbers, and Haaland finds Reus in front of goal. He goes to slide the ball home but Demirbay is on hand to make a crucial block.

BELLARABI NEXT!

Leverkusen shooting from outside the area here, with Dortmund's defence sitting deeper and deeper. This one is simple for Bürki to save again.

DEMIRBAY FORCES A SAVE

A shot from the left corner of Dortmund's area is a simple one for Bürki to handle, but Leverkusen are keeping the pressure on right up to the half-time break.

CHANCES AT THE OTHER END

Dortmund have the lead, but all the chances in this first half are coming at the other end.

HUGE CHANCE!

Leverkusen are on top here towards the end of the first half and break again down the right flank. It's Bellarabi who cuts the ball into the middle and Paulinho turns it towards goal, but Bürki makes a big one-handed save down to his right.
33'

GREAT DEFENDING!

Leverkusen break down the right with Bellarabi played in behind and his low cross into the middle looks destined to be slammed home by Gray, but Akanji is perfectly placed to make a crucial interception and put the ball out for a corner.

PAULINHO BACK IN ACTION

It's great to see the young Brazilian forward back in action today. This is his very first Bundesliga appearance of the season after tearing his cruciate ligament in his knee at the end of last season. And he's starting and leading the line, and dropping into midfield as a false-nine to cause some nuisance.

GETTING INVOLVED

Leverkusen beginning to press Dortmund into giving up possession a little too easily for their liking here. It's an entertaining game though, with both sides pressing intensively - especially in midfield. The ball is swapping being yellow and red quickly.

GRAY LOOKING DANGEROUS

The English winger is looking to get involved going forward down the left against Piszczek. He's got lightning-quick pace, and could prove key here for Leverkusen if they want to catch the BVB defence cold.
15'

DAHOUD DROPPING DEEP

The playmaking midfielder is dropping in between the two centre-backs to dictate the play here, making life difficult for Leverkusen in their attempts to win the ball back.

PERFECT START

Dortmund have been in control for all of the opening 10 minutes here, dominating possession and looking to open up the Leverkusen defence. The opening for the opening goal came from Brandt's defensive work outside the Leverkusen area, winning the ball off Aranguiz before Reinier sent Haaland in.

HAALAND FOR THE LEAD!

Dortmund have the lead and it's that man, Erling Haaland. A simple pass through the Leverkusen defence from Reinier and Haaland smashes it through the legs of Hradecky from the left into the far bottom corner.

KICK-OFF COMING UP!

The warm-ups are done with, the players are making their final preparations and we've had farewell gifts for Piszczek and the Bender twins. It's almost time for Bundesliga football, for the final time in 2020/21.

BELLINGHAM: "I KNEW FROM DAY ONE I'D MADE THE RIGHT DECISION"

Dortmund's 17-year-old trailblazer from England has spoken about how happy he is with his decision to move Birmingham to Dortmund last summer. "They told me you know if you come here we'll develop you, you'll get game time and you'll be an international in two years," Bellingham told BBC's MOTDx. "Honestly, and this is the honest truth, I can't believe that I'm being put in contention so early in my career. Some of the players that I've gone there and trained with are different class so to be talked about in the same breath is a real honour."

ERLING'S TASK AT HAND

Haaland is averaging a goal every 93 minutes in this season's Bundesliga, but is yet to fire in two attempt against Leverkusen. Dortmund's No.9 is sat on 25 goals for the campaign, with only Lewandowski and Silva scoring more

BAYER'S DORTMUND STRUGGLES

Leverkusen have only won in Dortmund twice since 2010, losing their last five on the spin at the Signal Iduna Park.

ONE LAST WIN FOR TERZIC?

Terzic's BVB can make it seven Bundesliga wins in a row. Jürgen Klopp was the last coach to mastermind six or more successive single-season Bundesliga victories, during the club's 2011/12 title-winning campaign.
