Derby day in Gladbach

Expect some atmosphere at Borussia Park today, where Gladbach host neighbours Cologne. It's just a half hour drive between the two cities, while nine points separates the Foals in 12th and the Billy Goats in 16th. This will be a cracker.

Gladbach coach Gerardo Seoane also cut an excited figure in his media briefing: "All of the players know the importance of the derby and how huge the game on Saturday is... I’m expecting every player to be full of determination and to give 100 percent."

The Cologne supremo appears excited for this weekend's derby, saying in his pre-match press conference: "I'm asking the lads to be loud and give as much as they can. They should leave everything on the pitch. [The fans] will see a team that is really up for the game on Saturday."

Relegation form
