Here we go!

We're underway at Heidenheim's Voith-Arena. The Bundesliga's smallest stadium at 15,000, the fans are in full voice nonetheless!

More on Wolfsburg's team

Sebastiaan Bornauw continues alongside Moritz Jenz at centre-back despite Maxence Lacroix returning from suspension. With Aster Vranckx and Mattias Svanberg now both serving suspensions of their own, Yannick Gerhardt and Maximilian Arnold are paired in central midfield. Maloney's USMNT teammate Kevin Paredes is on the bench.

More on Heidenheim's team

Omar Traoré is preferred to Marnon Busch at right-back - a boon to Fantasy players who picked the cheapest starter in the game. Further forward, Jan Schöppner replaces Norman Theuerkauf alongside Lennard Maloney in midfield, while Adrian Beck steps in for the suspended Marvin Pieringer.

Fantasy window still open!

Schmidt's view on Wolfsburg

"Wolfsburg don't give their opponents any free-kicks inside their half and they always want to win the ball back as soon as possible. We'll have to run a lot, because that's what they do. For us that means tracking back. We'll also need to make deep runs behind their defence, execute our counter-pressing and make plenty of sprints."

Kovač's view on Heidenheim

"They're not the same team we played at the start of the season. I think we’ve all seen that they’ve adapted to the Bundesliga. They play well and are really good at set-pieces – they’re among the most dangerous in the league in this regard. It won’t be anything like our first game. They’re a team with lofty ambitions.”

Heidenheim on a roll

No team has collected more points (10) from their past four league games than Heidenheim, who are unbeaten in their last four at home and have collected 16 from a possible 21 points at the Voith Arena this season.
