WATCH: HOFMANN: "VERY DISAPPOINTED WE DIDN'T WIN"
WEGHORST HAS A GO!
A shot from range by the Dutchman takes a touch off a Gladbach man on its way over the crossbar...
These two have been the key men for both sides this evening.
DOING THE HARD YARDS
Jonas HofmannMaximilian Arnold
We're now into five minutes of added time to find a winner for either side.
WELCOME BACK TO THE BUNDESLIGA, PHILIPP!
The former Freiburg and Dortmund forward is on for his Wolfsburg debut having signed on loan from Dynamo Moscow before the end of the summer transfer window.
The Dutchman is in the right place at the right time to finally bury the chance for Wolfsburg. Baku plays the ball into the box having cut inside from the right and Arnold lets it run through to Weghorst in space in the penalty area. With the Gladbach defence sleeping, he smashes the ball home past Sommer. Are we still heading for a draw?
The Frenchman is down with a knock after a challenge from Arnold. Meanwhile, Maximilian Philipp is being prepared by Wolfsburg.
INTO THE FINAL 10...
Gladbach will look to hold onto this lead now in the final 10 minutes, while Wolfsburg will be sending bodies forward to get a late equaliser. Three draws from three games so far for the Wolves.
HOFMANN SLOTS GOME!
Jonas Hofmann is the man to step up and take the spot-kick and he slots it home past Casteels - JUST! The Belgian dived the right way and got a hand to the ball, but not a strong enough one to keep it out.
Wolfsburg's goalkeeper is down with a head injury here after conceding the penalty and we'll have a delay in play.
Thuram is brought down by Casteels in the box and the home side have a spot-kick. Great work from the Frenchman to latch onto Lacroix's short back-pass ahead of Casteels.
FRESH LEGS IN ATTACK
Hannes Wolf and Patrick Herrmann on looking to change Gladbach's fortunes going forward.
Another massive chance as Wolfsburg snatch the ball high up the pitch and Arnold plays in Brekalo who's one-on-one, but Neuhaus makes an outstanding tackle in his own box at the last second to stop Brekalo from opening the scoring.
Huge opportunities for Wolfsburg to go in front as Arnold smashes a rocket from 25 yards at goal and Sommer makes a solid save. The ball bounces out to Baku in the Gladbach box and he shoots first-time, but the ball is hit wide. Wolfsburg building some pressure here.
It's become a really even contest here in this second half with both sides having possession and breaking forward in attack. It's been end-to-end, and could still go either way.
Wolfsburg work things well around the Gladbach box as Arnold's pass into Weghorst is laid off to Mehmedi to shoot at goal. His effort is wayward though, but the build-up play will bring confidence to Glasner and his side.

The Swiss full-back has taken a knock to his left leg by the looks of things, in a challenge with Brekalo. He's back on now and able to continue.
Sommer is forced into his first save of the game early in this second half after a powerful strike at goal from Brekalo after a nice run inside past two defenders. In the end, Gladbach's No.1 made the save with his face.
SECOND HALF UNDERWAY!
The ball is rolling again in Gladbach with one change at the break. Wolfsburg bringing on Gerhardt for Schlager.
We're into two minutes of added time at the end of this first half.
Both sides have created opportunities on goal, but neither 'keeper has really been tested.
NOTHING CLEAR-CUT SO FAR
HOFMANN SO CLOSE!
Another huge chance to open the scoring for the home side as Kramer wins the ball in midfield and brings it forward himself. He finds Hofmann to his right in some space and he continues into the box before shooting low across goal, only to see his shot drag across goal.
A corner swings in for Gladbach and bounces down in the box after Thuram's initial challenge in the air. Embolo catches it on the bounce with an overhead-kick, but can't keep it down or on target from close range.
The home side may have had less time on the ball so far, but they are winning their challenges and defending home turf well.
GLADBACH BATTLING HARD
MEHMEDI TAKES A KNOCK
Some tough challenges coming in from both sides, which is why Schlager was booked a few minutes ago. Mehmedi joins Roussillon in taking a knock but both should be able to continue.
NEUHAUS HITS THE POST!
Great header from the Germany international, who meets Hofmann's cross and flicks the ball on towards goal but has to watch as it clips the outside of the far post.
WEGHORST HEADS OVER
A cross from Baku on the right is met by the tallest outfield player in the Bundesliga - Weghorst - but it's off his shoulder, and over the bar.
BREKALO GOES ALONE
The Croatian international is sent down the left by Mehmedi and races into the Gladbach half. He cuts back across the pitch past two or three Gladbach defenders and there are options opening up for him, but he goes for goal and sees his shot blocked by the home defence.
A good start here from Wolfsburg is continuing with possession in their favour in the early stages.
THE WOLVES READY TO BITE
THURAM AT THE OTHER END
A quick move forward from the home side as Thuram is sent away over the top. He races into the box with Lacroix in pursuit and he stays concentrated to force his fellow Frenchman into a tough shot on an angle, having turned inside onto his right foot. Thuram's effort hits the side-netting of the Wolfsburg goal.
ARNOLD HAS A GO
The Wolfsburg midfielder's shot goes wide of the mark but it's a sign of the times for the away side, who have started well.
The Wolves come forward for the first time in this game with their three-man midfield looking to take more control of the game. Oliver Glasner's side have yet to score a goal this season from open play, finding the net only twice through the first three games of the season.
Stindl has the first effort on target with a header at goal which Casteels controls well. A solid start from the home side.
HERE WE GO!
The ball is rolling in Mönchengladbach for our late, late game today with Wolfsburg in town.
PREVIOUS MEETING HIGHLIGHTS: GLADBACH 3-0 WOLFSBURG
GLADBACH TEAM NEWS
It's largely as expected for the Foals, aside from Plea's aforementioned absence for personal reasons. Embolo makes his first start of the season, while the only other change compared to the side that earned a 3-1 win over Cologne on Matchday 3 is Wendt replacing Bensebaini at left-back.
WOLFSBURG TEAM NEWS
Injuries to full-backs William, Mbabu and Otavio have left Wolfsburg somewhat short of options in defence, so summer signing Baku makes his starting debut for the club here. Steffen is given a rest, so Mehmedi starts in attacking midfield behind Weghorst, who is still looking for his first goal of the season. Maximilian Philipp is on the bench.
HEAD TO HEAD
Wolfsburg have the advantage overall, having won 22 of the 41 competitive meetings between the sides so far, with Gladbach triumphing just 13 times. The Foals did win the corresponding fixture 3-0 last season, one of three victories in the 10 most recent league encounters; of the remaining seven there have been two draws and five wins for Wolfsburg.
Gladbach are without Alassane Plea for this one as the French forward became a father for the first time last night. Breel Embolo comes into the side up front.
