Harry Kane allays injury fears after helping Bayern Munich beat Eintracht Frankfurt
Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane has allayed fears over the injury that led to his 85th-minute substitution in Saturday’s 3-0 victory over Eintracht Frankfurt.
Kane, who had doubled Bayern's advantage after Luis Díaz had opened the scoring after 15 seconds, appeared to hurt his left ankle after being caught by Eagles goalkeeper Kauã Santos in the latter stages of Saturday's Matchday 6 encounter.
The England captain was back on his feet quickly and did his best to run off the injury, but he was soon replaced by Nicolas Jackson and was later seen sitting on the Bayern bench with a heavily bandaged left foot.

Kane, though, says he is "OK" following the collision, telling Sky: "It was just a knock. It's an area where I've been hit before. I'll be fine in a couple of days - I'll be ready to go for the national team on Monday."
Kane's first-half effort - a magnificent low drive from outside the box - was his 11th in the Bundesliga this season, and 18th across all competitions in 2025/26.
Díaz completed the scoring in the second half as Vincent Kompany's side maintained their winning start to the campaign and stretched their lead at the top of the Bundesliga to four points.
