As well as retaining the Bundesliga title for the second league crown of his career, Kane also got his hands on a domestic cup for the first time as Bayern lifted the DFB Cup after a six-year drought. His 2025/26 team collection was completed by the Franz Beckenbauer Supercup, having scored in the 2-1 win at VfB Stuttgart in August 2025.

Kane’s 36 Bundesliga goals earned him the Torjägerkanone for the third season running – reaching 98 goals in 94 games in Germany’s top flight – and also a second European Golden Shoe, finishing nine goals ahead of Erling Haaland in the race to be the continent’s top scorer.
The 32-year-old was also the top scorer in the DFB Cup and came second in the Champions League chart, one behind Real Madrid’s Kylian Mbappé, as Bayern impressed on their run to the semi-finals.

With the World Cup now over, the England captain is being given holiday time ahead of the new campaign and will only return to Bayern pre-season after Vincent Kompany’s team return from their Audi Summer Tour to South Korea and Hong Kong, which runs until on 8 August.
