All one-way traffic in the first half as Darmstadt race into a three-goal advantage. Mehlem scored the game's first goal, before Maglica and Skarke extended the lead. The visitors, meanwhile, have offered little going forward, and need a huge second period if they are to get anything from this game.
Nicolas to the rescue
Almost four as Nürnberger's shot is brilliantly denied by Nicolas, who has to be alert to fist the substitute's well-hit volley shortly after.
