Both teams are looking to win this!
Wide from Guirassy
A chance for a Stuttgart winner! Silas cuts the ball into the danger area from the right and a clearance ricochets off Guirassy and just wide.
Augsburg look to bounce back
The hosts create a bit of pressure, and Engels snaps a ball across the box that finds no takers.
Endo levels for Stuttgart
The Japanese midfielder drifts forward to take a clipped free-kick from Tiago Tomas right in front of goal. He scruffs a shot into Koubek but converts at the second attempt. VAR checks the goal for a possible offside but it stands.
Cardona swings a cross in
The substitute aims for some team-mates at the far post but overhits the delivery.
Vagnoman blocked by team-mate
Anton gets in the way of Vagnoman's shot after more good work on the right by Silas.
Flurry of subs
Two changes for Augsburg and one for Stuttgart as both coaches aim to give their teams extra impetus in the final 20 minutes.
Silas lays the ball across the edge of the box, but Endo's drive is blocked.
Vagnoman and Endo combine
A super one-two is played by the Stuttgart pair after a swift attacking move, but the Japanese player is tackled in the box.
Augsburg keeping the ball
A good spell of possession from the hosts brings a welcome respite from Stuttgart's pressure with half an hour left on the clock.
Vagnoman crosses the ball in and the Augsburg defender turns it behind. Stuttgart are pushing.
Silas down in the box
The Stuttgart attacker goes to ground when trying to reach a long pass, but no spot kick is awarded.
The XG shows there have been few clear-cut opportunities, but it has been an intense encounter and there's every chance it could pick up with both teams needing points.
Tight game so far
Silas sprints forward
A silky run from the Stuttgart substitute, who scored the dramatic last-gasp equaliser against Dortmund last Saturday. He gets to the by-line and has his ball in blocked by Rexhbecaj and turned behind for a corner.
Off we go again
Three changes have been made during the break. Goalscorer Beljo is replaced by Cardona for Augsburg, after taking a heavy challenge towards the end of the first half, while Stuttgart have made what appear to be two tactical substitutions.

The Augsburg full-back requires some strapping to his thigh, and is replaced by Veiga.
Sosa smacks free-kick into wall
Stuttgart have created a few chances since falling behind, with the latest coming from a set piece 20 metres out. It remains an even and keenly fought encounter.

Guirassy charges forward
It takes a great block from Uduokhai, who is captaining Augsburg tonight, to stop him. Führich then drills a dangerous cross in but no Stuttgart man in black is able to meet the ball as it runs across the goalmouth.
Chance for Führich
Koubek gifts the ball to Guirassy, who lays it off to his Stuttgart team-mate Führich. The Augsburg deputy keeper makes amends by tipping Führich's shot over the bar.
Beljo puts hosts ahead!
A great start for Augsburg in the relegation six-pointer! A delicious cross from Maier is headed straight in on the dive by Beljo, Augsburg's Croatian winter signing.
