That's a big, big result for both sides. Freiburg are up to provisional fourth spot after this last gasp victory. Hoffenheim - who had Kabak needlessly sent off late in the game - are bottom of the Bundesliga standings.
Flekken is a lucky boy. The goalkeeper tries to play a little touch-and-control that ends up going badly. The Freiburg custodian recovers to wallop clear.
So close Hoffenheim !
It's all hands to the pump for Hoffenheim, who have Baumann scurrying around in the opposition box! The ball pops over the top and suddenly substitute Fisnik Asllani is there! He must score. But no! Asllani took his eye off it at the last second and the chance goes awry. Incredible moment.

Freiburg at the death !
The hosts remain patient, building slowly. Weißhaupt centres from the left and Doan slides in front of two Hoffenheim defenders before angling into the corner. Amazing.
Hoffenheim's goalscorer Stiller makes way, as does Dabbur. Tohumcu and Bicakcic are on as the ten men look to leave the Black Forest with a point.
Kabak ordered off
Unforgivable from Kabak, who throws the ball away when he'd already been on a yellow. Prior to that, Angelino's ball into the middle caused all sorts of problems for Freiburg, who struggled before eventually clearing.
Second yellow card
Freiburg boss Christian Streich opts for a change up front for the closing stages with Gregoritsch and Höler making way. Petersen and Jeong are on.
Bad news for Hoffenheim with Bebou hobbling off injured. Fisnik Asllani is on.
All to play for
Geiger overreacts to a free kick given to Freiburg and the Hoffenheim man is booked.
Freiburg set piece chance
Brooks checks Weißhaupt on the left hand side of the area. Free kick Freiburg. Günter delivers to the back stick. Höler volleys wide.
Höfler takes one for the team by dropping Skov, who was menacing. Yellow card for the Freiburg man.
Freiburg make a double change with Sidillia and Weißhaupt entering the fray for Grifo and Kübler.
Bebou cuts back for Dabbur who darts a shot at goal from just inside the box. Höfler makes a crucial block.
Günter thwacks in a cross from the left and Gregoritsch connects with a looping header that has Baumann scrambling slightly. The goalkeeper gets a palm on the ball to prevent it from pinging against the bar.
Dabbur off target
Skov's free kick from the right is headed harmlessly over by Dabbur.
No go Gregoritsch
Gregoritsch hares through on the left before battering a shot from a tight angle high and wide.
Kabak tears Grifo down when the Freiburg man wasn't really going anywhere. The ref flashes a yellow card towards the Hoffenheim defender. A no brainer of a decision.
Höfler and Akpoguma go for the ball with feet raised. This is just inside the Freiburg area. Akpoguma goes down and the Sinsheimers want a penalty. A quick VAR check reveals there's nothing doing and we play on.
Visitors on terms!
Hoffenheim are level! Bebou flicks the ball through to Dabbur in the centre. He taps to Stiller who shoots low towards the near post, completely wrong-footing Flekken. The visitors celebrate that one for all its worth!
Away we go ...
Freiburg kick off the second half.
There's the break. Flekken and Doan prevented Skov from getting a shot at goal just before the referee whistled the end of the first 45 minutes. The hosts lead in a game of few chances.
Doan up and over
Doan diverts a snapshot over from Günter's decent centre. We're approaching half time with Freiburg on the up.
Distance run (km)
Lucas Höler Angelo Stiller
Bebou suddenly has some space on the right and after a superb first touch, looks to lay it across for Dabbur. Flekken and Ginter are there to snuff out the danger.

Freiburg bossing it
Matarazzo is applauding his team from the sidelines as they look to build something. Hoffenheim have had some decent moments in the opening quarter of an hour but can they keep their cool given the pressure they're currently under?
Eggestein sends a ball through the centre for Gregoritsch to chase. There was just too much on that and Baumann can collect.
Kaderabek gets to the byline and crosses low. Flekken gets down and palms that one out of the danger zone.
That slow build-up play worked out perfectly Freiburg. Grifo's cross from the left loops into the mixer and Baumann comes to punch. Unfortumately for the keeper, he's fisted it straight onto the left peg of Eggestein, who belts one into the back of the net.
Hosts calm it down
Freiburg are trying to take the snappiness out of Hoffenheim's stride, the hosts passing it slowly about the park. TSG are pressing hard, however.
Bebou flicks one up inside the Freiburg area and volleys wide of the target. The visitors are at it straight from the off.
Hoffenheim get us underway.
Teams out !
Both sides are making their way onto the pitch! So much at stake here today with Freiburg hoping to strengthen their top four push and Hoffenheim eager to get off the bottom of the standings, where they find themselves following yesterday's results.
Kick off approaching
The atmosphere is steadily building at the wonderful Europa-Park Stadion. We're currently being treated to the club anthem, the fans holding their scarves high in the air. We await the teams.

Early team news
For the hosts, eight-goal striker Michael Gregoritsch missed the goalless draw with Borussia Mönchengladbach through illness, but should be fit to start this south-west derby. Daniel-Kofi Kyereh is the only long-term absentee. When it comes to the visitors, joint-top scorer Christoph Baumgartner is suspended and Kasper Dolberg misses out after suffering a concussion in training so Munas Dabbur, on five goals for the campaign, will likely start in attack.

Opposite ends of the spectrum
Freiburg and Hoffenheim share the same regional roots in Baden-Württemberg, but they could not be further apart in the current Bundesliga standings. 'Die Breisgauer' are fifth in the table, outside the top four on goal difference. 'Die Kraichgauer', on the other hand, currently occupy the relegation play-off spot.
