A goal, two assists and a disallowed effort - Hofmann's bossed it. Watch out for him at the World Cup!

Standing ovation for Kone - he's been brilliant in the centre of midfield tonight. Itakura returns after two months out with a knee injury.
Dortmund move the ball with purpose as Guerreiro feeds Modeste on the edge of the area. He has time to pick his spot, but the shot is straight at Olschowsky.
AS THINGS STAND
Gladbach are going seventh, only three points behind Dortmund, who could be nine points adrift of leaders Bayern this time tomorrow.
Hummels' 400th Bundesliga appearance is one to forget. He goes off, clutching his right groin area.
Thuram's in behind again, latching on to another piercing pass. Kobel rushes out, and the shot goes wide of the near post. He could have had a hat-trick today, and still might!
Thuram is one-on-one with Kobel again. He slides the ball to his left for Hofmann to stroke home, but it doesn't count. Hummels was fouled in the build-up. You cannot take your eyes off this one!
Review Previous foul?
Decision No goal
Gladbach are now the favourites, as you might expect of a team leading 4-2 at home.
KOBEL TO THE RESCUE!
Gladbach are cutting through Dortmund at will as Thuram goes into the box again. The Frenchman jinks one way and then the other, completely bamboozling Hummels, befor getting off a shot the spread-eagle Kobel does well to block.
Hofmann with the corner, Bensebaini with a free header - wide! Dortmund are all over the place!
WHAT A CHANCE!
Hofmann splits the Dortmund defence with a well-weighted pass for Thuram. He only has Kobel to beat, but sends his shot wide. No pressure on him to speak of - he's kicking himself!
WHAT A START!
More of the same from Gladbach as Kone collects Hofmann's pass on the edge of the area, before arrrowing into the far corner. Dortmund caught cold again!
An extraordinary five-goal half comes to an end, with Gladbach in front.
It could and perhaps should be 3-3! Malen races away and finds Reyna in the six-yard box. The American steers it goalwards, but Olschowsky - who's already dropping to the ground - smuggles it clear.
DORTMUND HIT BACK!
Brandt whips over a corner from the left. Süle's initial header is saved, but Schlotterbeck makes no mistake with the rebound. Game on!
Really good save this time to deny Moukoko's point-blank header with his left foot. Bensebaini then slides in to block the follow-up. Heroic stuff!
Dortmund with an immediate response, but Reyna doesn't catch his shot quite right and it's an easy save for Gladbach's rookie goalkeeper.
The Foals are running away with it! That's exactly what Thuram does as he tears clear of the Dortmund defence. A cute feint does for Kobel, allowing the Frenchman to roll in his 10th of the season!

GLADBACH RETAKE THE LEAD!
Hofmann clips in a free kick towards Bensebaini, who gets the better of Bellingham and steers a header past Kobel! What a response!
Schlotterback slips, and suddenly Hofmann is in. He could go it alone, but elects to square to Thuram, whose back-heeled attempt is blocked by the on-rushing Kobel. Huge let-off for BVB!
Dortmund knock the ball about in the final third. Bellingham then takes everyone by surprise by lofting an exquisite ball over the top of the Gladbach defence - everyone but Brandt. He controls on the thigh and fires past Olschowsky on the spin. A world-class goal!
Brandt collects on the left-hand side. He stands up Friedrich, but arrows his shot wide of the far post. Right idea.
Schlotterbeck times his challenge in the box to perfection to stop Thuram cutting a ball back into the danger zone. That all came about after a BVB attack broke down in the Gladbach area.
DON'T HASSLE THE HOF
That's Hofmann's fifth Bundesliga goal of the season. The Foals are a completely different proposition when he's involved.
The Foals strike first! Stindl runs at the BVB defence, forcing Hummels to step up. That leaves Hofmann all alone in the box to control and slot beyond Kobel. He scored in the fourth minute last Friday!
BVB ON THE HUNT
Dortmund press high and win back the ball. Brandt's cross finds Reyna, but he can't direct it on target. Moukoko - called up to Germany's World Cup squad yesterday - then wellies over from range.
HERE WE GO!
Borussia-Park is rocking as the ball gets rolling in the Battle of the Borussias!
TEAMS IN THE TUNNEL
Warm embraces for Gladbach's Weigl, who made 171 appearances for BVB before moving to Benfica in 2020.
Dortmund begin the weekend in sixth, six points better off than mid-table Gladbach, but six behind leaders Bayern.
HEAD TO HEAD
THE FARKE FACTOR
"We haven't started games well of late. We mustn't be complacent. We need to be switched on. We need to go out there and fight for the points after the Bochum defeat."
TERZIC WINNING END TO 2022
"We want to give everything we have for the win because there'll be no Bundesliga for almost 10 weeks afterwards, but the table will still be there."
MORE ON THOSE TEAMS
Olschowsky continues in the Gladbach goal, with Yann Sommer still out. The only change from the 2-1 loss to Bochum sees Stindl replaced Plea, who's ill. Dortmund were also beaten in midweek, in Wolfsburg. Messrs Can and Reyna come in at the expense of Özcan and Adeyemi.
