Leitl's Fürth past

Hertha head coach Stefan Leitl was manager at Fürth from February 2019 to Summer 2022. The coach won promotion to the Bundesliga with the Clover Leaves in the 2020/21 campaign, before suffering immediate relegation the following year as Fürth finished bottom. Incidentally, his last victory as Fürth manager came against current club Hertha (2-1) back in February 2022.

The Old Lady have only ever lost to Fürth on the road, doing so most recently 2-1 in December 2024. You have to go back as far as January 1982 for the last time the Clover Leaves last took points away to Hertha, when the Fürth held the Capital club to a 0-0 stalemate.
