Noah Atubolu (Freiburg)

Atubolu has once again underlined his status as a potential future Germany No.1 this season with his strong performances for Freiburg, who have impressed at home and abroad. The 23-year-old even set an impressive new Bundesliga record by saving his fifth consecutive penalty on Matchday 4.

Oliver Baumann (Hoffenheim

Baumann's consistency between the Hoffenheim sticks has seen him become Germany's No.1, a position he will likely hold at this summer's FIFA World Cup in Canada, Mexico and the USA. He has long been a virtual ever-present in the German top tier, recently joining the Bundesliga's top-10 list of appearance-makers.

Daniel Heuer Fernandes (Hamburg

Having helped Hamburg return to the Bundesliga after a seven-year absence last season, Heuer Fernandes has been instrumental in keeping Hamburg above the waterline in 2025/26.

Gregor Kobel (Borussia Dortmund

Dortmund's success this season has been built on a superb defence, and the man marshalling that backline is Kobel. No goalkeeper has kept more clean sheets in the Bundesliga this season than the Switzerland international.

Moritz Nicolas (Borussia Mönchengladbach

Since his breakthrough last season, Nicolas has seemingly got better with each game for Gladbach. Despite the Foals' up-and-down form, he has still managed 10 clean sheets after Matchday 29, and ranks among the best in the league for most saves.

Vladimir Coufal (Hoffenheim)

Coufal has been an immediate hit at Hoffenheim since his move from West Ham United in the summer, slotting in effortlessly at right-back for the UEFA Champions League-chasing side. His experience and sensational crossing ability have proved vital weapons in Hoffenheim's arsenal this campaign.

Alejandro Grimaldo (Bayer Leverkusen

With so many talented players leaving Leverkusen last summer, Grimaldo has had to step up, and step up he has. The Spaniard has become integral to everything positive about Die Werkself, making them tick from an advanced wing-back position. He has also converted several free-kicks for Leverkusen across all competitions.

Konrad Laimer (Bayern Munich

Laimer has cemented his place as one of football's most trusted full-backs in 2025/26. His marauding forward runs have become a trademark, and his interplay with Michael Olise, in particular, has had opposition defences in disarray all season. Added to that, Laimer's incredible versatility makes him the perfect player for Vincent Kompany's Bayern.

David Raum (RB Leipzig)

Having stepped into the role of club captain this season, Raum has taken his game to the next level at Leipzig. As well as being a natural leader, the Germany international left-back has set up the most shots on goal in the entire Bundesliga.

Julian Ryerson (Borussia Dortmund

Another creative wing-back, Ryerson has massively increased his offensive output for BVB this season. Among his list of goal contributions was a single-game haul of four assists as Dortmund swept aside Mainz on Matchday 22.

Nico Schlotterbeck (Borussia Dortmund

Schlotterbeck, meanwhile, has become the lynchpin of Dortmund's defence, dominating his own box and proving integral to BVB's build-up play with his superb eye for a pass. He has also found the net four times himself.

Jonathan Tah (Bayern Munich

Tah has slotted in seamlessly at Bayern since making the switch from Leverkusen in the summer and, in doing so, has been part of the best defence in the Bundesliga. The 30-year-old now looks a nailed-on starter for Germany at this summer's World Cup.

Edmond Tapsoba (Bayer Leverkusen

Tapsoba has helped fill the void left by the likes of Tah, allowing some of Leverkusen's new defensive acquisitions to bed in comfortably alongside him. The Burkina Faso international is arguably in the best form of his career, and that ability has extended to his goal threat, with more efforts this season than he managed across his first five and a half years in the Bundesliga.

Dayot Upamecano (Bayern Munich

Quick, strong in the tackle and with the remarkable ability to bring the ball out of defence, Upamecano has taken his game to the next level under Vincent Kompany. Few defenders, even at their best, bring as much to the pitch as the 27-year-old, who extended his contract with the Munich club in February.

Luka Vušković (Hamburg

Hamburg's Vušković has emerged as one of the Bundesliga's rising stars this season, winning an incredible number of duels and posing a real threat going forward. At just 19 years of age, the Tottenham Hotspur loanee already has an air of calmness to his play far beyond his years.

Nadiem Amiri (Mainz

After a difficult start to the season, Amiri has been leading the Mainz revival under Urs Fischer with some stellar performances. The 29-year-old has already set a new personal league record for goals scored with a number of games still remaining.

Christoph Baumgartner (RB Leipzig

Leipzig were another club that experienced a large player turnover in the summer, but Baumgartner has really stepped up since being given added responsibility. He has already bagged 12 league goals from midfield, including four braces.

Wouter Burger (Hoffenheim

Since joining from Stoke City, Burger has quickly taken on the role of midfield playmaker-in-chief at Hoffenheim. The 25-year-old has also proven he can contribute directly, providing four goals and five assists.

Aleix García (Bayer Leverkusen

García is Leverkusen's other Spanish metronome, alongside Grimaldo. Like his compatriot, García also possesses a fantastic dead-ball ability that has added another element to Leverkusen's attacking threat this season.

Serge Gnabry (Bayern Munich

With Jamal Musiala picking up a horror injury at the FIFA Club World Cup, much was made of who would step up to replace him at Bayern. Gnabry has made that switch to a central position look effortless this season, scoring and assisting at will. The 30-year-old has now netted against every current Bundesliga club.

Joshua Kimmich (Bayern Munich)

Kimmich has been as consistent as ever this campaign, acting as the heartbeat of the Bayern midfield. His tenacious attitude and ability to pick a pass make him a dream teammate, and he will be captaining Germany at the World Cup in the summer.

Andrej Kramarić (Hoffenheim)

Kramarić continues to deliver for Hoffenheim, helping propel them forward in their battle for European football. The 34-year-old, who bagged a hat-trick against Gladbach on Matchday 17, now has more league goals to his name than any other current Bundesliga player.

Ibrahim Maza (Bayer Leverkusen

Maza made the leap to the Bundesliga from Bundesliga 2's Hertha Berlin in the summer, and he certainly hasn't looked out of place at the highest level. With his mazy dribbling skills and ability to play in multiple offensive positions, the Algerian has quickly become a regular at Leverkusen.

Felix Nmecha (Borussia Dortmund)

After struggling to make his mark in his first two seasons at Dortmund, Nmecha has become one of the first names on the team sheet under Niko Kovač. His eye for a pass and sheer physicality have been integral to BVB's impressive campaign.

Aleksandar Pavlović (Bayern Munich

Pavlović has continued his rapid development this campaign, aided by playing alongside a natural leader in Kimmich. The Germany international, still only 21, has averaged over 100 touches per game this season.

Jens Stage (Werder Bremen

Stage has been a formidable presence in Bremen's midfield as they look to avoid relegation. The Denmark international is a natural leader, and although he has been taking on an increasingly deeper role, he continues to deliver at the other end of the pitch.

Angelo Stiller (VfB Stuttgart

Stuttgart's metronome has once again been at the top of his game this season, making the top-four-chasing Swabians tick. With his wand of a left foot, Stiller can create something out of nothing and boasts one of the best pass-completion rates in the league.

Attackers

Fisnik Asllani (Hoffenheim)

Having spent last season on loan at Bundesliga 2 side Elversberg, Asllani has made the leap to the Bundesliga look easy upon his return to Hoffenheim. The 23-year-old looks a constant threat every time he plays.

Maximilian Beier (Borussia Dortmund)

Beier has already matched his goal tally from last season at BVB. The seven-time Germany international is also skilfully adept at winning his side penalties.

Luis Díaz (Bayern Munich)

Díaz has made a big impression at Bayern since joining from Liverpool in the summer. The 29-year-old excels in virtually every aspect of the game, but particularly as a goalscorer and playmaker.

Yan Diomande (RB Leipzig)

Leipzig pulled off a real coup by signing the winger from CD Leganés in the Spanish second division. The 19-year-old Ivory Coast international is virtually impossible for any defence to contain and is already among the Bundesliga's top-four youngest to reach 10 Bundesliga goals.

Ritsu Dōan (Eintracht Frankfurt)

Dōan moved from Freiburg to Frankfurt in the summer and immediately looked at home at his new club, scoring twice and providing an assist in just his second Bundesliga game. Since then, the Japan international has continued to shine, with his versatility allowing him to feature in multiple positions.

Saïd El Mala (Cologne)

Despite having only played in the third tier prior to this season, El Mala has rapidly made a name for himself at Cologne. At just 19, he already has everything you want from an inverted left winger: speed, strength, skill and end product. Expect to hear plenty more about him in the years to come.

Serhou Guirassy (Borussia Dortmund)

Although Guirassy has not been quite as lethal as last season, the 30-year-old remains Dortmund's top goalscorer. He is also a specialist at scoring the opening goal for Dortmund, a neat little bonus for any team to have.

Harry Kane (Bayern Munich)

Kane continues to break record after record at Bayern and is comfortably on course to pick up his third top goalscorer award in a row. The England captain has been simply unstoppable.

Jamie Leweling (VfB Stuttgart)

The 2025/26 campaign been the best of Leweling's career. The Germany international has been more clinical than ever before, and he has also significantly improved his crossing.

Michael Olise (Bayern Munich)

Olise has somehow put up even better numbers this campaign than he did last season. The Frenchman comfortably leads the league for assists - he's on course to break Thomas Müller's single-season assist record - and simply oozes class every time he gets on the ball.

Rômulo (RB Leipzig)

Rômulo joined the Saxons from Turkish first-division side Göztepe in the summer as a replacement for Benjamin Šeško, and has done a great job of filling the void. The Brazilian hit the ground running, scoring in just his second game for the club, while his physicality and work rate have really endeared him to the Leipzig fans.

Haris Tabaković (Borussia Mönchengladbach)

In the absence of Tim Kleindienst due to a lengthy injury lay-off, Tabaković, on loan from Hoffenheim, has almost single-handedly made up for Kleindienst's missing goals. The Bosnia and Herzegovina international has had a stellar campaign across the board, not only helping knock Italy out of the World Cup play-offs, but also scoring around a third of Gladbach's goals.

Deniz Undav (VfB Stuttgart)

Undav is showing no signs of slowing down at Stuttgart. The 29-year-old is the Bundesliga's top German goalscorer and by far VfB's most prolific striker.
