Hoffenheim 0-4 Bayern Munich

The recently crowned champions ended their season on a high after downing a Hoffenheim side relieved to secure their Bundesliga status.

Freiburg 1-3 Eintracht Frankfurt

Billed the battle for a UEFA Champions League place, Eintracht emerged victorious to seal their spot at Europe's top table next term, with Freiburg dropping out of the top four.

Borussia Dortmund 3-0 Holsetin Kiel

Freiburg's loss was Dortmund's gain and with this straightforward win against the already-relegated Kiel, the Black-and-Yellows leapfrogged the Black-Forest side into fourth.

Mainz 2-2 Bayer Leverkusen

It was touch and go for Mainz in the 05ers' search for continental competition against a Leverkusen team looking to end Xabi Alonso's reign on a high. A draw would ultimately satisfy both.

RB Leipzig 2-3 VfB Stuttgart

Leipzig were keeping an ear to the MEWA Arena all the while in the hope of a Mainz slip, but it wouldn't have mattered after Stuttgart poured cold water on proceedings at the Red Bull Arena.

St. Pauli 0-2 Bochum

The hosts were the least bit concerned at the end of this reverse against relegated Bochum, Pauli's Bundesliga status having been all-but secured last weekend.

Heidenheim 1-4 Werder Bremen

With the Green-Whites boasting the third-best away form in the division, a win on the road against troubled Heidenheim surprised few, with the hosts now gearing up for a big promotion-relegation play-off against Elversberg.

Gladbach 0-1 Wolfsburg

The Wolves put an underwhelming campaign behind them to end the season with a win against a Gladbach side who finished just two points ahead of their opponents in mid-table.

Augsburg 1-2 Union Berlin

With just one loss in their final 10 Bundesliga games, Union fans can't but be pleased with how coach Steffen Baumgart helped the Irons turn a corner, a win at Augsburg one more admirable feat for the capital club.
