Luis Díaz and Bayern Munich’s first-time Bundesliga champions
Bayern Munich may be accustomed to winning the Bundesliga title, but there are a number of members of Vincent Kompany’s squad who have done so for the first time.
We take a look at who they are...
Luis Díaz
The 29-year-old arrived from Liverpool in summer 2025 and swiftly became indispensable to Bayern's cause, registering 15 goals and 12 assists so far in his maiden Bundesliga campaign.
While this is the Colombian’s first time lifting the Meisterschale, he previously won the domestic championship in his homeland (2018), in Portugal (2020) and in England with Liverpool (2025).
The 20-year-old signed from Hoffenheim in July last year and has had a respectable first season at the club, starting 12 times in the Bundesliga and making a further 12 appearances as a substitute.
The left-footer scored his first two goals for the club in the dramatic come-from-behind 3-2 victory in Freiburg on Matchday 28.
