DORTMUND WAITING ON FULL-TIME

The home team are controlling the ball and waiting on the full-time whistle after this fantastic second half performance.

GUERREIRO CLOSE TO ANOTHER!

Dortmund continue to pile on the pressure here as Sancho finds Guerreiro on the edge of the box, but Steffen makes a solid save to deny him. That came just minutes after Dahoud's shot was blocked by Götze on the floor, and the pair could only smile and laugh about the miscommunication.

BALERDI MAKES DEBUT

The 19-year-old Argentinian defender comes on to make his Bundesliga debut with Dortmund in full control here. He slots into the defence on the right side of Dortmund's back three.

SANCHO GETS HIS BRACE!

What a day for Dortmund and it just keeps getting better. A long ball forward is chased by Hakimi and he reaches it before Hoffmann to spring clear of the Düsseldorf defence. It's a 6-on-1 in the box and Hakimi finds Sancho on the edge of the box, and Sancho duly smashes the ball into the back of the net for his second and Dortmund's fifth.

REUS AT IT AGAIN

Akanji wins the ball back and Dortmund quickly push it forward. Hakimi finds Hazard on the right and he races into the box while looking up to spot Reus making a perfect run to the near post and he finds him with a tidy pass which Reus squeezes under the body of Steffen to complete his brace.

SANCHO MAKES IT THREE!

The Englishman has done it, his fourth game in a row with a goal for the first time in his professional career and a typical Dortmund goal. Sancho plays the ball to Reus, running behind a defender into the box and he cuts it back across goal from the left to Sancho in front of goal who slots it neatly beyond Steffen. A simple, but lovely goal.

HAZARD AND SANCHO GO CLOSE

The Belgian winger goes on a fantastic run, cutting inside through three or four Fortuna defenders on his way into the box but his shot is blocked in the end. Dortmund recycle the play and it comes to Sancho on the left corner of the box. He opens his body and curls a shot towards the far post, but finds Steffen.
58'

THAT ONE IS A GOAL!

Hazard has the goal and it's Sancho this time who provides the assist. Once again Brandt's pass to the assist is superb after a touch of skill, and Sancho sent Hazard away on goal down the left. He had Reus to his right, but went for goal on his own with a lovely finish beyond Steffen and in off the far post.

REUS GOES CLOSE

More fluid football from Dortmund sees Hazard in behind the Düsseldorf defence, and he cuts the ball back for Reus to shoot at goal, but he can't get the connection needed on his left foot.

SANCHOOO... NO!

The Englishman has the ball in the Fortuna net, but the Video Assistant Referee has cancelled it out due to an offside in the build-up. Brandt's fantastic pass through to Reus came just as the captain and stepped offside. He then passed across to Sancho for a simple finish, but the score remains 1-0.
48'

ZAGADOU WITH A HIT!

What a strike from the centre-back who takes aim from 30 yards out and forces a fantastic save from Steffen to deny him a memorable goal. That's one way to start the second half...

SECOND HALF BEGINS

We're back underway in Dortmund, no changes at the break with Dortmund now shooting towards the yellow wall.

SHOULD BE 2-0!

A big chance just before the break as Hazard dribbles into the box. He passes across to Reus before being challenge, and Reus does the same for Sancho despite being in front of goal, but his pass is too powerful for Sancho to control and the ball bounces off him and rolls out of play.
42'

REUS FINDS THE BACK OF THE NET!

Piszczek gets the assist, but really it's Brandt. A cheeky turn and pass on the edge of the box before playing the ball forward to Piszczek and he clipped the ball through the defence to Reus who was just onside. He composes himself in front of Steffen before slotting the ball past him low to his left. His first Bundesliga goal against Fortuna Düsseldorf.

ZIMMER IN THE RIGHT PLACE

Fortuna break after a couple of mistakes in both Dortmund's attack and defence. Baker sends a ball from the right to the left wing, towards the edge of the BVB box with Zimmer the target. The winger reaches it, but can only volley the ball wide of the mark.
34'

SO CLOSE AGAIN

Brandt's pass is deflected perfectly into the path of Hakimi on the right flank and he sends across another low ball which goes between Reus, Steffen and even Hazard at the back post. All within inches of getting a hand to it.
32'

STEFFEN SPILLS

More good interplay on the edge of the Fortuna box from the home side. Hazard plays Reus into the box and he fires a cross into the box which Steffen gets to first, but spills in front of his own goal. Luckily for him, his defence are on hand to clear.
28'

NOT ALL RIGHT FOR FORTUNA

The away side's right flank is now fully booked, with Zimmer and Zimmermann both yellow carded in the first 30 minutes of this game.
22'

GUERREIRO GOES JUST WIDE

Hakimi's cross is headed out by Hoffmann but only as far as Guerreiro. The Portugal international fired a volley back at goal, bouncing along the way, but it did so while drifting off target.
20'

ALL DORTMUND SO FAR

The home side have been able to keep Düsseldorf from countering and have controlled the possession so far. Besides Reus' shot saved by Steffen there have been a few half-chances, with Guerreiro volleying wide from Hakimi's cross. The fluidity to Dortmund's play in their new formation is bringing a new style for them, and something Fortuna will need to get used to.
13'

DORTMUND IN BLACK

The home side are in a one-off, all-black kit today celebrating the 110 year history of coal and steel work in the region around Dortmund. The jersey is available to purchase on the Dortmund club wesbite and it's a beauty.
9'

REUS FORCES A SAVE

The ball is rolled to the edge of the Fortuna box with Reus waiting and he curls a shot to the back post, but Steffen dives across goal and makes a fantastic save.
7'

SANCHO GETTING STARTED

Dortmund's attack is made up of the Englishman, Reus and Hazard and it's all very fluid in its movement. Sancho and Reus exchange passes before the teenager looks for his captain again, with a ball roll and nutmeg on Hoffmann. But the Fortuna defence is able to clear.
3'

THREE-MAN DEFENCE

Favre is going for a three-at-the-back tactic once again today, with Lukasz Piszczek, Manuel Akanji and Dan-Axel Zagadou in defence. It's then Hakimi, Brandt, Witsel and Guerreiro across midfield, with Reus, Sancho and Hazard in attack.

UNDERWAY IN DORTMUND

The home side are in a changed strip of all black today as we get things underway, and Jean Zimmer is booked early for Dortmund for a nasty foul on Marco Reus.
Kick-off!

FORTUNA FORM

Despite their position just outside the relegation zone - on goal difference - Fortuna have proven to be one of the league's most difficult teams to beat this season. Having suffered only one defeat in their last four games with late draws at Schalke and Hoffenheim most recently, Düsseldorf are visiting their favourite Bundesliga away ground. They have won more games (six) away at Dortmund than at any other top flight club.

SANCHO GOING FOR MORE

The young Englishman has broken a host of records in his time in the Bundesliga with Dortmund, but he's never scored in four straight games for the club. Having bagged goals in the previous games against Paderborn, Barcelona and Hertha Berlin a goal against Düsseldorf today would give him four in a row for the first time in his BVB career.

FORTRESS SIGNAL IDUNA?

Dortmund have scored in each of their last 31 Bundesliga home games - with 87 goals in total - a current club-record figure and the league's longest running streak. Can they continue the streak today?

GIO REYNA ON THE BENCH

Dortmund's next American starlet could be set to make his Bundesliga debut today. Just over 5 months since Christian Pulisic's departure and it's the turn of Giovanni Reyna to break into the Dortmund first-team squad. The 17-year-old has impressed for BVB's U19 team this season, scoring five goals and provided six assists in 14 matches. Now he gets his first call to the Dortmund bench and could be called upon if needed.

FORTUNA BACK TO 4-2-3-1

They picked up a late point away at Hoffenheim last weekend while playing three at the back, but Friedhelm Funkel has returned to his usual tactic. Lewis Baker comes into start in attacking midfield, and Kaan Ayhan's suspension means it'll be Andre Hoffmann and Kasim Adams in the middle of the defence. Of course, Rouwen Hennings leads the line.

BRANDT IN MIDFIELD, HAZARD LEADING THE LINE

A couple of changes to the Dortmund line-up today, one of them enforced with Mats Hummels receiving a red card last weekend against Hertha Berlin. Zagadou starts at centre-back in his place with Raphael Guerreiro coming in at left-back. Julian Brandt starts in central midfield alongside Axel Witsel, while Thorgan Hazard now leads the line, and Achraf Hakimi takes up his place on the left wing.
