Armando Sieb then struck the crossbar in added-on time as the hosts escaped with a point after Mattias Svanberg was sent off for two yellow cards in a minute.

That 4-3 win in December was one of just three times Wolfsburg got three points at home in 2024/25. They last beat Gladbach 5-1 in their first game of January but haven't managed another Bundesliga victory at the Volkswagen Arena since. That's a run of eight games.
