Ekitiké misses!
The Frenchman steps up to take it. He aims for the bottom left, but Rønnow gets down very well to make a great save to preserve his side's lead late on! What drama here late on.

Hollerbach surely seals it!
How clinical have Union been today?! The visitors win the ball in their own half and instantly look to counter. Hollerbach drives from inside his own half. He plays it wide to Jeong and continues his run. The Korean whips a great ball in from the right, and Hollerbach manages to latch onto the end of it inside the six yard box to poke it home for 3-1.

Jeong gives his side the lead!
A long ball for Union isn't headed clear by Tuta for Frankfurt. It comes off his back and falls to the feet of Jeong. He drives up the pitch, slowing at the edge of the box. The Frankfurt defence backs off, marking Jeong's options either side. The Korean accepts the invitation to shoot, curling a precise effort into the bottom left corner. What a turnaround for the Irons!

Changes
Both managers make attacking-minded substitutions. Baumgart makes a double change, bringing Jeong and Rothe on for Trimmel and Haberer. It's just the one for Toppmöller, who brings in Wahi for Chaïbi. We should be in for a thrilling end to this match...
71'
Fraction over
This game is really end-to-end now. Hollerbach beats Collins down the left before laying it off to Juranović, who smashes an effort from the edge of the box, but it's just over the bar.
67'
A flurry of chances!
Götze plays a high ball over the top for Ekitiké. The Frenchman bears down on goal, and would have a one-on-one situation, if not for Trimmel who comes all the way across from the full-back position to make a great block. Frankfurt reclaim the ball, though, working it to Kristensen, who lets fly from just inside the box. His powerful curled effort strikes the outside of the left post and goes behind.
66'
Another corner
Union are putting the hosts under pressure here. Trimmel takes it and it's met by Querfeld again, but it's well over this time.
64'
Larsson nearly retakes the lead
The young Swede is sent through into the Union box down the right. Under no challenge he opts to shoot on the half-volley from a tight angle. It's well struck, but it loops just over the top left corner.
63'
Querfeld levels it!
Ilić's shot from inside the Eintracht box is deflected behind for a corner. Trimmel takes an out-swinger from the right. Querfeld rises powerfully at the penalty spot, finishing with a bullet header past Trapp to draw his side level with his first ever Bundesliga goal.
60'
Frankfurt go to the bench
Toppmöller makes a double change now. Götze and Ekitiké replace Bahoya and Batshuayi.
59'
So nearly
Tremmel plays the subsequent free-kick in from the left. Union win the first ball, heading it down for Khedira, who pounces on the loose ball right in front of the Frankfurt goal. He stikes his volley into the ground first, with the ball bouncing over the net. That was a real chance for the captain...

The young wide player stays down after being stepped on and receives treatment. He's back to his feet now, though.

No takers
Khedira finds himself in space in the Eintracht box. He cuts it back across goal from the byline, but again there are no Union players rushing in to tap it home.
49'
Great position
Frankfurt work it well laterally. It comes to Kristensen outside the Union box on the right. He plays it down the line for Bahoya, who crosses into Batshuayi. The striker controls it but can't turn his man to shoot and Union manage to clear.
46'
Immediate threat
Brown gets high up the left flank. He crosses low in towards Batshuayi, who lays it off to Uzun, but the midfielder miscontrols it before he can get a shot away from inside the box.

Back underway!
Frankfurt get the ball rolling again for the second half here at the Deutsche Bank Park. Both sides emerge from the tunnel unchanged.

Collins squares it to Uzun off the left. The young midfielder threads it through first-time to Chaïbi, who attempts a shot from the left of the box, but snatches at it, sending the shot well wide of the mark.

Sliced
Querfeld, in trying to clear a Frankfurt cross, slices the clearance. The ball loops behind him and nearly over Rønnow. The goalkeeper is switched on and catches the ball to spare the defender's blushes.

Union growing
Since falling behind, the Irons have shown more attacking impetus, but to no avail. Most recently, a long throw-in from Trimmel bounced around the Eintracht box, but the hosts ultimately managed to clear.
31'
Danger
Trimmel fires a low cross right in front of the Frankfurt goal. It takes a deflection and Eintracht hesitate to clear it, but there's no Union player arriving at the back post to capitalise.

Looping header
Bahoya plays a fantastic one-two with Højlund. He gets to the byline, before clipping a ball into Chaïbi at the far post. The Algerian gets up well, steering a looping header goalwards, but Rønnow is alert to it, tipping it over the bar. Frankfurt can't make anything of the resultant corner.

Bahoya goes down
The youngster breaks through the lines before driving into the Union penalty area. He falls under pressure, but the referee dismisses the penalty appeals and it's cleared by the VAR.
20'
Side netting!
Ilić picks the ball up on the outside of the Frankfurt box, off the left. He lets a powerful shot fly, but it rockets into the side netting. Good effort from the Union man.

First chance, first goal!
Frankfurt find a reward for a well-worked team goal. Brown plays Chaïbi into the box down the left side, who passes it onto Højlund. The midfielder spins, before laying it off to Kristensen. The defender hits a low left-footed shot from the edge of the box. It takes a deflection, falling at the feet of Batshuayi, who dispatches the chance from close range for his first goal in an Eintracht jersey!
10'
Tentative start
Both sides have been sizing each other up for the opening 10 minutes. Frankfurt are enjoying a lot of the possession, but are yet to commit men forward to really try and find an opener.

Frankfurt team news
A much-changed Frankfurt side from Matchday 24's 4-1 defeat against Leverkusen sees Toppmöller make six alterations. Koch misses out through illness, whilst Skhiri is suspended. Götze, Ekitiké, Wahi and Knauff all start on the bench. In their places come Tuta, Collins, Højlund, Bahoya, Uzun and Batshuayi, who makes only his second start up top for the Eagles.
Union team news
For Steffen Baumgart, there are four changes to his side that lost 1-0 to Kiel on Matchday 24. Trimmel, Skarke, Haberer, and Ilić all start in favour of Rothe, Hollerbach, Jeong, and Ljubicic, who all drop to the bench. Union seem to be lining up in a 3-5-2 formation, as opposed to last week's 3-4-3.
