The red card completely disrupts Darmstadt's momentum. Up until now they had been on top, pushing for the equaliser. Now we have a different game on our hands and Dynamo can breathe a sigh of relief.

Weißhaupt wins a foul at the right corner of the penalty area. That was close - a few centimetres further and it would have been a penalty. Kleinhansl then curls the ball with his left foot towards the near post, but Wagner is alert and clears with his knee.

Darmstadt have signed young forward Milan Smit on loan from English Championship side Stoke City.

Happy hunting ground

They were beaten at the Rudolf-Harbig-Stadion back in February, but that was a rare blip for Darmstadt at the home of their Matchday 2 opponents. The Lilies have won eight of their last 12 meetings with Dynamo, who failed to score in seven of those games.
