Borussia Dortmund's Nico Schlotterbeck resumes partial training
Borussia Dortmund defender Nico Schlotterbeck has resumed partial training with his team-mates, five months after sustaining a serious knee injury.
Who will you bring in to your Fantasy team?
Schlotterbeck has been absent for Dortmund since damaging the meniscus in his left knee in early April.
This week, however, he has completed parts of the first-team training sessions with the rest of his team-mates for the first time since sustaining the injury.
Germany head coach Julian Nagelsmann is also looking forward to the 25-year-old's return, specifically mentioning him in a press conference when announcing his squad ahead of the recent international break.
"As a left-footer who has strong, tenacious aggression in defending, Nico is someone I would definitely want to have with us," Nagelsmann said
"But for that, he has to be fit. His recovery is going well. If he’s healthy and performs, he’ll be able to challenge for a place in the starting line-up."
