
Bayern Munich's Thomas Müller voted Klassiker Man of the Match!
Thomas Müller was Bundesliga app users' pick for Man of the Match after playing his part in a thrilling Klassiker between Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund.
Müller was the preferred choice from six players, selected for the ballot based on official match data. The Bayern veteran, playing in his final Klassiker before leaving his boyhood club at the end of the season, was a nuisance throughout and set up Raphaël Guerreiro's equaliser for 1-1. Despite his best efforts, Bayern - who went ahead through Serge Gnabry - were held to a 2-2 draw.
Müller garnered 45 percent of the vote, with teammate Michael Olise (20 percent) second and Dortmund goalkeeper Gregor Kobel third (19 percent). Waldemar Anton (11 percent), Julian Ryerson (four percent) and Josip Stanišić (one percent) completed the poll. The vote was conducted in the window between the 86th minute and final whistle.
