Valentino Lazaro's scorpion kick voted Goal of the Season!
There were memorable efforts from Robert Lewandowski, Erling Haaland and more, but nobody could outdo Borussia Mönchengladbach's Valentino Lazaro in the Goal of the Season voting, the Austrian's scorpion kick against Bayer Leverkusen wowing all who saw it.
Lazaro's outrageous acrobatic attempt for Gladbach against Bayer Leverkusen was Goal of the Month in November, and an obvious contender to win the overall award.
Nadiem Amiri's lovely link up with Florian Wirtz and delightful backheeled finish won the second-most votes, with Lewandowski's superb effort in the 6-0 win over Borussia Mönchengladbach - one of a record 41 goals he got - was third.
