Congratulations to Bayern Munich on becoming 2022 Bundesliga champions
23 April 2022 – The DFL congratulates Bayern Munich on winning their 10th successive Bundesliga title.
Bayern wrapped up the 2021/22 title with three games to spare after beating Borussia Dortmund 3-1 in Der Klassiker, thanks to goals from Serge Gnabry, Robert Lewandowski and Jamal Musiala.
Donata Hopfen, Speaker of the Executive Committee of the DFL and DFL CEO: "Congratulations to the team, Julian Nagelsmann's coaching staff and those in charge, Herbert Hainer and Oliver Kahn. Ten Bundesliga titles in a row - an unprecedented run and this year another deserved title that underlines Bayern's outstanding work."
Donata Hopfen will officially present Bayern with the 2021/22 Meisterschale at the end of their final home game of the season, against VfB Stuttgart, on Matchday 33 of 34 (8 May).
