Alphonso Davies back in Bayern Munich training
Bayern Munich left-back Alphonso Davies has returned to full training less than two weeks after suffering a muscle fibre tear in his right hamstring.
The 25-year-old sustained the injury in Bayern's 3-2 win over Eintracht Frankfurt on Matchday 23 and was forced off the field after 50 minutes.
At the time, head coach Vincent Kompany said of Davies' anticipated absence: "I don't know if it will be two or four weeks. My gut feeling is that it won't take that long." He has been proven right.

On Thursday, Davies came through Bayern's final training session unscathed ahead of their Matchday 25 meeting with Borussia Mönchengladbach.
However, Kompany confirmed in his pre-match press conference that the Canada international will play no part in the game: "Phonzy's not available".
Nevertheless, it appears that a return to competitive action will take place sooner rather than later.
