Hoeneß confirmed that the new signing would be in contention for a starting place against Freiburg: "He’ll definitely be in the squad for Freiburg. He’s in a good flow and I had a very good first impression," said the Stuttgart boss. "We had a small exchange and he’s a very positive, open guy with a lot of quality on the ball.”
