Rhine derby in Leverkusen!
Two weeks after losing at home to near neighbours Cologne, Leverkusen have the chance to make amends by taking the Rhineland bragging rights against Mönchengladbach. Not only that, but Xabi Alonso's side are also fighting to secure European qualification for next season. They begin the penultimate weekend of 2022/23 in seventh place, with Wolfsburg ahead of them and Frankfurt just behind. Gladbach, meanwhile, are guaranteed to finish somewhere in mid table.
