While spectacular strikes from 17-year-old Lennart Karl and 18-year-old Jonah Kusi-Asare grabbed attention, the 16 year-old pair of Wisdom Mike and Cassiano Kiala also impressed as second-half substitutes along with Paul Wanner (19) and new signing Tom Bischof (20).
Bayern and England striker Kane, who scored the opener and then missed a penalty in the 4-0 win, said: "They were great finishes from Lenny [Karl] and Kusi [Asare], and it was great from all the boys that played. They've been training really well, and it was a great experience for them to play here in front of so many fans."
Bischof said after making one of his first appearances since joining from Hoffenheim: "I think all the young players want to show what they can do and stake their claim for the next games. I think we did that very well."
Experienced right-back Konrad Laimer said: "We all enjoyed watching them, that's exactly what you have to do as a young player. When you get your playing time, just leave everything out there."
Bayern's board member for sport Max Eberl said on the youngsters: "They've been able to rightfully earn their game time. The fact they were with us for four weeks at the Club World Cup taking things on board has made it easier for them. They're learning, and this is the result."
