Bayern Munich trio Harry Kane, Jamal Musiala and Min-jae Kim have been shortlisted for the 2023 Ballon d'Or, along with a number of former Bundesliga stars including Jude Bellingham and Erling Haaland.
The annual Ballon d'Or prize, presented by French news magazine France Football, is decided by votes cast by coaches and captains of national teams worldwide.
This year's accolade recognises the best player in the world between the period of August 2022 to July 2023. The winner will be announced at an award ceremony in Paris on Monday, 30 October.
Kane's inclusion on the 30-man shortlist is reward for a 30-goal season in the English Premier League with boyhood club Tottenham Hotspur.
For his part, 2023 Kopa trophy and Golden Boy candidate Musiala enjoyed another eye-catching campaign with Bayern. The 20-year-old produced 16 goals and 16 assists in all competitions, famously scoring the Bundesliga title-clinching goal on the final day of 2022/23.
