Max Eberl discusses Michael Olise's Bayern Munich future
Bayern Munich board member for sport Max Eberl has provided a positive update on the future of star winger Michael Olise.
After amassing 27 goal contributions in last year's Bundesliga, including a league-leading 15 assists, Olise already has six to his name this term - it is fair to say his move to the Allianz Arena has been a success. Unsurprisingly, the France international is already one of Bayern's most important players, and the Bavarians will be eager to keep him at the club for as long as possible.
Fortunately for Bayern supporters, it seems they do not need to lose any sleep over the 23-year-old's future. In an interview with German magazine 11Freunde, Eberl said, "What is missing in this discussion is that we signed Michael Olise, who has a contract with us until 2029 - without a release clause - and is on his way to becoming one of the best players on the planet."

At the start of October, sporting director Christoph Freund discussed Olise's contract situation with Sky90. He said, "We are not worried at all. He has a long-term contract at the club. Of course, he's really hit the ground running and has taken another step forward. We could well imagine him playing at Bayern Munich for the next seven, eight, nine years."
