
Alexis Claude-Maurice wins Bundesliga Goal of the Month for January!
There were once again some absolutely brilliant goals scored in the Bundesliga in January 2026, but Alexis Claude-Maurice's long-range finish for Augsburg against Union Berlin has been voted as the best of the lot!
Claude-Maurice let fly from just shy of 30 yards out, his shot kissing the underside of the crossbar, to put Augsburg ahead on the stroke of half-time in their 1-1 draw with Union Berlin on Matchday 17 for his first goal of the season, also ending his team's run of over six hours without scoring.
