DARMSTADT PULL CLEAR!
Just the one goal in it at the end but Darmstadt were good value for the win over 10-man Hannover. They should have put the game to bed far sooner and had a number of good chances to do so, but they won’t care now as they go five points clear of Hamburg at the top of the table.
We're into the first of four added minutes now.
The guests are throwing caution to the wind now as they bid to salvage a result, with Zimmermann called on to head clear at the back post after a promising attack.
SHOOTING PRACTICE NEEED
Darmstadt's high press forces Hannover into a defensive mistake and the ball is gifted to Tietz inside the visiting penalty area. He's unmarked and only has ZIeler to beat, but somehow drags his shot wide of the near post!
ZIELER BEATEN AT LAST
After over six hours without conceding a goal (370 minutes) Zieler has let in a goal again, they 17th Hannover have shipped so far this season.

WEYDANDT DRAWS A SAVE!
A lovely, flowing move from Hannover - their best of the game - as some one-touch passing down the left allows them to get forward at pace. The ball comes to Weydandt inside the box, but his drive towards the near post is well blocked by Schuhen.
A goal and a man up, Darmstadt are now far more likely to win this game than they were just a couple of minutes ago.
WHAT A DIFFERENCE
WHAT A GOAL!!!!!
An unbelievable hit from Mehlem to deservedly put Darmstadt in front. A corner from the left is cleared but not well enough, bobbling kindly for Mehlem about 10 yards outside the box. He smashes a first-time strike past a crowd of players and into the net, past Zieler's despairing dive. Amazing hit.
HOLLAND DRILLS OVER
The Darmstadt captain takes a direct free-kick, about 25 yards out in a central position. He strikes the ball cleanly but it's always arrowing its way over the bar.
HOW LONG CAN HANNOVER HOLD ON?
The visitors are struggling to keep hold of the ball at present, losing it to Darmstadt's press almost as soon as they win it back. They're chasing the game and legs will surely tire the longer it goes on like this.
The hosts are pushing for the opener - looking especially dangerous from corners - and you get the sense it's just a matter of time before the deadlock is broken.
VILHELMSSON WANTS IT
The Swedish attacker finds space down the right and sets a course for goal, shrugging off a defender's challenge as he strides into the box before smashing a shot just over the frame of the goal.
UNDER WAY AGAIN
The 10 men of Hannover get the ball rolling in the second half. Darmstadt made one change at the break, bringing on Karic for Kempe.
ALL TO PLAY FOR
It's goalless at the break but momentum is very much on Darmstadt's side following Neumann's sending off. However, Zieler's penalty save has kept the visitors in it, but how long can they hold on after the break? We'll find out soon enough!

WHAT NOW FOR HANNOVER?
Do they stick and hunker down hoping for a point? Or do they twist and try to nick a goal on the counter?
Darmstadt's chance of winning have leapt dramatically since the sending off, as you might expect!
ODDS ON FOR VICTORY
Zieler dives low to his right and paws away Kempe's spot-kick, with Vilhelmsson putting the rebound wide! Ten-man Hannover breathe a sigh of relief!
PENALTY TO DARMSTADT!
Hannover defender Neumann is sent off for blocking Müller's goal-bound shot with his hand.
The referee is checking his pitch-side monitor for a potential penalty after Müller's shot was cleared off the line...
Tietz whips in a stunning left-footed shot from the edge of the box that flies straight into the top corner. It's a brilliant hit but it won't count as VAR intervenes to highlight offside in the build-up.
The Bundesliga 2 leaders are unfazed by that sudden breach of their rearguard and are continuing to attack aggressively. They carve out their next opening via the right wing, with Bader whipping a cross into the middle to Manu, whose volley whizzes over.
NIELSEN MUST SCORE!
Nielsen dips a shoulder inside the Darmstadt box to skip past a defender and is suddenly one-on-one with the goalkeeper, around 10 yards out. He looks certain to smash it in, but Schuhen makes himself big and produces a brilliant save to keep it out!
HOSTS ON TOP

Lovely movement from Vilhelmsson to evade the clutches of Arrey-Mbi at a corner, darting to the near post to get his head on the ball. He connects well but can only direct it into the side netting.
NOTHING IN IT
The hosts float a high ball into the box and Tietz leaps for it, challenging Zieler high in the air, but the Hannover keeper grabs it securely.
FIRST EFFORT OF THE GAME
Kempe strides forward from midfield and lines up a shot from 25 yards out. He catches it well but it's always rising and whistles just over the bar.
