DELIGHTFUL DORTMUND DOMINATE LEVERKUSEN
Home wins against a fellow title challenger don't come much better than that. A slow start, but Dortmund were superb from front to back today and earned a convincing 4-0 win against a Leverkusen side who were keen on making their mark, but just couldn't break down the better team on the day. Dortmund go top ahead of the late game between Leipzig and Bayern.

Wow. Pure football there as both sides produce the goods. Sancho with an outstanding pass through for Alcacer who flicks the ball around a defender into Reus' path. He smashes a shot at goal, well-saved by Hradecky. The rebound is met by Brandt but Hradecky is up quickly to push the ball away again.

The two best friends off the pitch and on it together at Leverkusen now come up against each other after Brandt's summer move to Dortmund. "It will be a weird feeling if we come into a challenge with each other," said Brandt during the week. Both these teams have made solid starts to the season, but Dortmund may be disappointed considering their expectations coming into it.
