The Olympiacos man sees yellow for impeding Culbreath and preventing a Leverkusen counter.

Luiz finds space for a shot on the edge of Leverkusen's penalty area, but again, it's blocked by Tapsoba. Rodinei's subsequent corner delivery is a good one, but Leverkusen manage to clear on their second time of asking.

Scipioni hits a strike from distance. He catches it well and the ball is swerving in mid-air, but it swerves wide right of the mark.

Luiz gets away from Tapsoba, before looking for the run of El Kaabi in the middle. However, his cross is too inaccurate and flies behind for a goal-kick.

Luiz picks the ball up in a central position and has but one thing on his mind: to shoot. His effort is a powerful one, but flies wide of the left post.

A deep cross from Rodinei towards the far post finds Martins, who seems to have swapped flanks. The Portuguese heads back across goal, but Tapsoba rushes across in the nick of time before his header can find Luiz inside the box.

The first change for the visitors comes in the form of a double substitution. It's a like-for-like swap in attack, with Luiz and El Kaabi coming in for Chiquinho and Taremi.

Blaswich's pass out from the back is intercepted by Chiquinho, who moves the ball on to Martins. The winger gets a shot away, but it's blocked behind for a corner by Tapsoba. Olympiacos don't manage to make anything of the set-piece, though.

Again, it's Martins causing problems for Leverkusen's defence. The Portuguese plays a low cross towards the far post, looking for Chiquinho. His teammate wasn't quite on the same wavelength, though, and doesn't manage to get on the end of it.

From out of nothing, Martins hits a half-volley from a tight angle on the right side under pressure from Tapsoba. He connects superbly with the ball, drilling it towards the far corner, but Blaswich dives across to parry.

For the past few minutes, it's been all Olympiacos here. Leverkusen seem content to sit back and defend for now. It's a strategy that has worked for the hosts so far. For all their possession, the visitors are yet to have a shot on target.

Rodinei takes a free-kick from in off the right flank. He picks out a teammate at the far post, who tries to steer the ball back across goal to Pirola, but Grimaldo wins out in the aerial duel and Leverkusen clear.

High up on the right flank, Martins cuts back, sending Maza flying past him in an attempt to make a block. The Portuguese then aims for the near post, firing goalwards with the outside of his boot, but Blaswich is there to make a comfortable save.

After Andrich is penalised for a foul on Taremi, Mouzakitis delivers the resultant free-kick from the right half-space. His delivery leaves something to be desired, however, as he puts it too close to Blaswich, who comes off his line fist to it away.

Leverkusen take a risk and try to play out from the back under pressure. García's pass is too short and pounced upon by an opposition player, who shifts it on for Martins. The winger would have had a real opportunity, but his touch let him down and Leverkusen are let off for what could've been a costly error.

With their first corner of the game, Chiquinho is picked out on the edge of the box. Unmarked, he bends an effort goalwards, but it's always rising over the bar.

The visitors look to cross again, this time from deep on the right flank. Gelson Martins is picked out at the far post, but is deemed to be in an offside position.

Olympiacos have started brightly. A good team move releases Chiquinho down the left flank, but his attempted cross is blocked by Quansah.
