DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga GmbH, Guiollettstr. 44-46, D-60325 Frankfurt am Main ("DFL") conducts an online evaluation survey on the German and English versions of DFL’s official website bundesliga.com as well as on DFL’s official accounts at the social media platforms Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube (hereinafter jointly referred to as “Digital Media”) to optimise such Digital Media and to be responsive to the wishes and needs of the users.
The DFL uses the feedback service "GetFeedback" from Momentive Europe UC (Irland) ("Momentive") to conduct the online website evaluation survey. The User's Internet browser establishes a direct link to Momentive's server and the User's IP address, as well as other device-related information are communicated. Further details can be found here.
The online evaluation survey will be carried out without the possibility of drawing any conclusions about the user. The information provided by the User is, of course, treated confidentially and used only for the conduction of online evaluation survey as well as the aforementioned purposes.
Should the user want to take part in the draw following the online evaluation survey and provide DFL with his or her email address, this email address will be collected and stored separately. At no time can it be combined with the information provided by the user in the online evaluation survey. All evaluation of the user’s answers is carried out statistically and in a non-identifiable form. With regard to participation in the draw, reference is also made to the separate Terms and Conditions for Participating in the Draw and the separate data protection provisions contained therein.
The controller of the personal data processed according to this privacy notice is DFL. The further data protection provisions including the rights of the User under the European General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the contact data of DFL’s data protection officer can be found in the privacy statement under the following link.
