Participation Offer: Sweepstakes “Heroes of the Matchday”

1. Sweepstakes

1.1
DFL Digital Sports GmbH, Kaltenbornweg 2, 50679 Cologne, Germany (“DFL DS” or “we”), is organizing a sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) as part of the “Heroes of the Matchday” format. Participation in the Sweepstakes and its execution are governed by the following provisions as well as the Terms and Conditions (including data protection notices), which participants (hereinafter uniformly referred to as “Participants”) accept as binding by giving their consent.

The Sweepstakes will take place during the following periods:

  • Round 1: 16 March 2026 (09:00) – 19 March 2026 (23:59)
  • Round 2: 23 March 2026 (09:00) – 26 March 2026 (23:59)
  • Round 3: 06 April 2026 (09:00) – 09 April 2026 (23:59)
  • Round 4: 13 April 2026 (09:00) – 16 April 2026 (23:59)
  • Round 5: 20 April 2026 (09:00) – 23 April 2026 (23:59)
  • Round 6: 27 April 2026 (09:00) – 30 April 2026 (23:59)
  • Round 7: 04 May 2026 (09:00) – 07 May 2026 (23:59)
  • Round 8: 11 May 2026 (09:00) – 14 May 2026 (23:59)
  • Round 9: 18 May 2026 (09:00) – 21 May 2026 (23:59)

Per round, one prize package will be raffled off, consisting of:

    • 1x unsigned jersey of a Bundesliga club from the 2025/26 season of the winner’s choice, subject to availability
    • 1x Derbystar Official Match Ball (OMB)

1.4
Only natural persons who have reached the age of 14 years are eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

1.5
The winner will be determined randomly within one month after the end of the participation period and will be notified by email. The respective winner is required to respond within seven (7) days after the notification has been sent and provide their postal address. If no response is received within this period, the claim to the prize will expire. In this case, we reserve the right to determine a new winner by conducting another draw excluding the originally selected person, or to allow the prize to lapse without replacement.

1.6
The prize will be sent to the winner by post. Prizes are generally shipped in consolidated batches once per month. Therefore, it may take some time after the winner notification until the prize is dispatched and received by the winner.
