Kane finished the 2025/26 campaign on 36 goals, after scoring a hat-trick in Bayern’s 5-1 win over Cologne at the Allianz Arena on Matchday 34.

The England captain becomes the first player in Bundesliga history to win the top scorer award in each of his first three seasons in the German top flight.

Bayern legend Robert Lewandowski is the only other player to have claimed the prize three times in a row.

VfB Stuttgart’s Deniz Undav was Kane’s closest challenger with 19 goals, while Bayer Leverkusen striker Patrik Schick and Borussia Dortmund marksman Serhou Guirassy finished on 17 and 16 goals, respectively.

Kane has found the net 98 times in just 94 league appearances since joining Bayern from Tottenham Hotspur in 2023. He is by far the fastest player in Bundesliga history to reach that tally, surpassing former Cologne striker Dieter Müller’s record from the 1970s.
