Kane has scored 119 goals in 126 competitive appearances since joining Bayern from English Premier League outfit Tottenham Hotspur in summer 2023.

The 32-year-old forward's existing deal runs until 30 June 2027.

"We're talking to Harry, we're talking," Eberl said at Deutsche Fußball Liga (DFL) event in Frankfurt on Monday. "Everyone knows at some point a decision has to be made."

In October 2025, Kane revealed he is "all in" when asked about the possibility of committing his future to Bayern.

The England captain is on course for career-best numbers in 2025/26, after scoring 34 times in 30 games in all competitions as Bayern target a possible treble.

Robert Lewandowski's single-season Bundesliga goals record (41, 2020/21) is also within reach of the two-time Torschützenkönig, who's already scored 21 times across the first 20 league games of the campaign.

"Harry has great confidence in us and he feels comfortable in Munich," said Bayern CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen.

"He and his family are settled in. Therefore, we've got absolutely no reason to rush."
