Two thirds of all teams have Harry Kane in them. Indeed, not starring the Bayern Munich talisman when he's fit to play is almost a guarantee to lose rank.

So, instead of pointing out the well-known points machines, we're here to shine the spotlight on those hidden gems that could help you climb up the table...

Waldemar Anton (Dortmund), 12.62m

With Nico Schlotterbeck suspended, there is quite some defensive budget going spare, and nowhere better to spend it than on his Borussia Dortmund teammate Waldemar Anton ahead of this Friday’s game at home to Mainz. Anton saves 7.02m on Schlotterbeck, but has himself surpassed the 200 point mark in four of his last five games.

Jamal Musiala (Bayern), 20.18m

Jamal Musiala is one of the world’s best, in real world and Fantasy, when fit – a status he is now moving towards after his horror injury at last summer’s FIFA Club World Cup. He’s likely to get significant minutes for Bayern Munich away to Werder Bremen on Saturday: the champions have a week off after that game and Michael Olise’s suspension opens up space in the final third. Musiala’s ownership has also dropped to just 4%, meaning he is, for now, simultaneously premium and differential.

Watch: Jamal Musiala is back!

Igor Matanović (Freiburg), 2.85m

Igor Matanović has enjoyed a good run of games up front for Freiburg, relegating Lucas Höler to the bench and contributing to Junior Adamu’s loan move to Celtic. The Croatia international is a real enabler at just 2.85m, and is on form with 200+ points hauls in three of his last four games. Saturday’s hosts Hoffenheim could also have a makeshift defence, with Bernardo and Robin Hranáč doubtful and Kevin Akpoguma suspended.

Finn Dahmen (Augsburg), 7.21m

Finn Dahmen is among the cheaper starting goalkeepers at 7.21m, but also the one of the most in form with an average of 186 points across his last four matches. Handily, Augsburg’s visitors on Sunday Heidenheim are bottom of the league – outright, but also for goals scored (with just 19), yet they only have the fifth-lowest shot count (242). Busy but not particularly tested is exactly what Fantasy managers want from their goalkeepers.

Max Finkgräfe (Leipzig) 1.85m

Another suspension, another opportunity, this time with RB Leipzig captain David Raum sitting out of Sunday’s Matchday 22 curtain-closer at home to Wolfsburg due to an accumulation of bookings. With Ole Werner hinting that Max Finkgräfe will be given the nod to do Raum’s job, for just 1.85m, he could be a wonderful enabler with a serious upside in his own right.
