Franz Beckenbauer Supercup 2026: Bayern Munich likely to face Borussia Dortmund or VfB Stuttgart
As the 2025/26 Bundesliga winners, Bayern Munich are already sure of a spot in the Franz Beckenbauer Supercup 2026, but their opponents are yet to be decided.
The fixture is traditionally contested by the league champions and the DFB Cup winners.
The cup final is scheduled for 23 May in Berlin, where Bayern will aim to clinch the double when they take on VfB Stuttgart.

Should Stuttgart win, they will face Bayern once again in the Supercup in August.
However, if Vincent Kompany's side lift the trophy, then the Bundesliga runners-up will be their opponents on 22 August.
Borussia Dortmund are currently second in the league standings, five points ahead of RB Leipzig with four games still to play.
The venue of this year's Franz Beckenbauer Supercup is still to be determined and will be confirmed by the DFL at a later date.
