Sapina returns after a two-match suspension for a red card, Menzel gets his first start Bundesliga 2 and Lemmer, who has impressed off the bench of late, starts on the right of attack.

Three players are out injured (Schreiber, Pauli, Risch), while four more drop to the bench (Amoako, Kammerknecht, Casar, Oehmichen) as Thomas Stamm radically reshuffles his Dresden team. The defence in particular has been completely overhauled, with only right-back Konrad Faber (pictured) remaining from the 3-3 draw with Karlsruhe, including a new goalkeeper, two new centre-backs, a new left-back and two new defensive midfielders.

The hosts make two changes as Alexander Ende drops Jannis Heuer and Oscar Vilhelmsson to the bench, with Simon Scherder and Zidan Sertdemir (pictured) starting instead.
