The European Dream Team as voted by you!

Courtesy of the Bundesliga's official YouTube channel, you have had the chance to play national team coach and choose who will complete the German top flight's European dream team ahead of UEFA EURO 2016 in France this summer. Here is your line-up - thank you for voting!

There was no great surprise between the sticks as 78 percent of you plumped for the world's number one goalkeeper, Manuel Neuer. He lines up behind some familiar faces who all romped home with equally convincing results. Neuer's FC Bayern München teammate David Alaba got 75 percent of the vote at left-back with 85 percent for both Jerome Boateng in the middle alongside soon-to-be Bayern player Mats Hummels. His former Borussia Dortmund colleague Lukasz Piszczek completes the back-four having gained 71 percent of your votes at right-back.

The steel is provided by Granit Xhaka, who got 59 percent in the second central midfield slot. And there is plenty of creativity too with Marco Reus* (84 percent) and Kingsley Coman (57 percent) on the flanks and Thiago, who just edged out Julian Weigl with 44 percent of the vote, and Bayer 04 Leverkusen dead-ball specialist Hakan Calhanoglu (52 percent) pulling the strings in the centre.

With service like that to look forward to, Robert Lewandowski would be sure to exceed even his own incredible feats of goalscoring and he was your standout choice with 74 percent of you wanting him as striker.

*Vote was conducted prior to Marco Reus' omission from the Germany squad due to injury.
