After announcing himself at his new club by scoring on his Bundesliga debut, Hamburger SV striker Bobby Wood's week has just got better after you voted his effort against FC Ingolstadt 04 as Matchday 1's Goal of the Week.

The USA international took a staggering 73 percent of the vote, beating the likes of FC Bayern München duo Xabi Alonso (20 percent) and Robert Lewandowski (four percent) , as well as VfL Wolfsburg's Daniel Didavi (three percent).
