The third-division side strikes with virtually their first real chance. Elversberg gift the ball to Lobinger, and the striker runs past friend and foe alike, covering half the pitch, before hammering the ball into the net from a tight angle on the right. Queue jubilant scenes inside the stadium.

The American suddenly finds himself one-on-one with the goalkeeper after a long ball falls to him, but he can only blaze over the bar with just the goalkeeper to beat.

The newly promoted Bundesliga side takes the lead! Kristof plays a long ball down the left flank to Darvich, who tests Braune from a tight angle. Keidel then picks up the ball centrally in front of the penalty area and plays a low through ball to Schnellbacher, who finishes neatly on the spin from close range.
