Iván San José Cantalejo, known as Chuki, joined Bremen on 2 June 2026 after emerging as one of Real Valladolid's brightest academy graduates. Born in Valladolid, the left-footed playmaker progressed through the club's youth ranks before making his senior debut as a teenager, going on to feature in both La Liga and the Segunda División.
Capable of playing as a No. 10 or on either wing, the 5'8" talent finished the 2025/26 season with 15 goal involvements in 34 league outings.
