DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga GmbH, Guiollettstr. 44-46, 60325 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, (the "DFL") conducts an online evaluation survey regarding the official Bundesliga App in order to optimize it and adapt it to the needs and wishes of users.
The DFL uses the feedback service "GetFeedback" from SurveyMonkey Europe UC (Irland) ("SurveyMonkey") to conduct the online website evaluation survey. The user's Internet browser establishes a direct link to SurveyMonkey’s server and the user's IP address, as well as other device-related information are communicated. The online evaluation survey will be carried out without the possibility of drawing any conclusions about the user. The information provided by the user is, of course, treated confidentially and used only for the conduction of online evaluation survey as well as the aforementioned purposes.
The controller of the personal data processed according to this privacy notice is the DFL.
