They've done it!
Chukwuemeka snatches the lead from Frankfurt at the last! The BVB sub gets lucky as he tries to control Sabitzer's right-wing cross. The ball bounces back up off Kristensen, hits him on the leg and he tucks it past the goalkeeper. There's a check for a possible handball, but the goal stands.

Incredible!
Mahmoud Dahoud sweeps a fine finish in off the upright, after Dortmund failed to clear their lines in the penalty area. What a goal by the Eintracht substitute, who made 141 appearances for BVB back in the day.

Half chance!
BVB recycle possession and get another ball into the box, but Anton's header lacks the power to trouble the goalkeeper.
58'
Denied!
Brandt spots the run of Svensson once more. His cross has too much on it for Guirassy in the middle, but Ryerson is able to pick it up and feed Sabitzer for a goal-bound shot that cannons to safety off a Frankfurt shirt.
55'
Chance!
Ebnoutalib's direct running causes all kinds of problems for the Dortmund defence. He feeds Knauff, whose low strike from inside the area is beaten away by Kobel.
52'
Svensson!
Theate does really well to stop Svensson's low cross finding the unmarked Beier. Dortmund's left-back takes on the rebound, but can't keep his first-time effort down.
49'
Danger!
Knauff darts inside of Ryerson, but his shot is blocked. Brown picks up the loose ball on the left before flashing a cross-shot across the face of goal, with Ebnoutalib & Co. queuing up in the penalty area. Let-off for Dortmund!
48'
Free header!
Ebnoutalib gets between two Dortmund defenders as Larsson sends in a cross from the right, but the new Frankfurt signing can't direct his downward header on target.
46'
Under way again!
No changes at the break in Frankfurt. Will we see more goals in the second half?

Clear booking
Theate wins the ball, but also takes a lot of the man as Nmecha goes to ground on the right-hand side. The Belgian becomes the first Eintracht player to go into the book.
42'
Süle cautioned
Ebnoutalib draws a foul from Süle around 25 yards from goal. He tries to get on the end of the ensuing free-kick at the back post, but can't do anything meaningful with his attempted volley.
40'
Chance!
Ryerson wins a free-kick following a tangle with Brown. The Norwegian takes it and finds the head of Schlotterbeck, whose downward header is well saved by Kauã Santos.

It's getting spicy as Süle and Theate escape with just a talking-to after coming to blows following an initial push by the Dortmund man on Brown.
30'
Proceed with caution
Dortmund defender Anton's booked for a blatant pull on Ebnoutalib. He'll have to watch his step against this nippy Eintracht attack...

Nervy moment
Kauã Santos doesn't fully deal with a Svensson corner. The loose ball's sent back in towards Guirassy, but the Frankfurt goalkeeper gets two hands to it.

Table talk
Frankfurt can climb to within a point of the top four with a win, while second-placed BVB are looking to close the gap on leaders Bayern, who don't play until Sunday. A reminder that they're nine points adrift of the defending champions after 15 matches...
New face in BVB squad
Dortmund have named 17-year-old Mussa Kaba on the bench for the first time. A defensive midfielder by trade, he's made six appearances for the BVB reserves so far this season, having progressed through the U17s and 19s in recent years. The Bielefeld native is a 16-time Germany U17 international.

Younes Ebnoutalib goes straight into the Frankfurt starting line-up, with fellow new boys Ayoube Amaimouni-Echghouyab, Arnaud Kalimuendo and Keita Kosugi among the substitutes. There's also that already confirmed recall for Brazilian goalkeeper Kauã Santos, whose last Bundesliga appearance was in the 2-2 draw against Freiburg on Matchday 7. As for Dortmund, Gregor Kobel shakes off a minor illness to start in goal, while Waldemar Anton, Marcel Sabitzer and Maximilian Beier come in.

Eight more seasons of Deutsche Bank Park
Eintracht and Deutsche Bank today extended their agreement regarding naming rights of the club's Deutsche Bank Park stadium. The deal - in place since 2020 - will take the collaboration through to 2035.
Good to go
The temperature's hovering around 3C in Frankfurt, with some mixed precipitation falling right now. This one will go ahead, unlike Saturday's games between St. Pauli and RB Leipzig and Werder Bremen and Hoffeheim, which have been called off due to adverse weather conditions.
