Stuttgart's DFB Cup defence took another step in the right direction after their 2-0 win against Bundesliga 2 side Bochum on Wednesday.

Bayern booked their place in the DFB Cup quarter-finals after edging a five-goal thriller against fellow Bundesliga side Union Berlin. Own goals either side of Kane's header secured a 3-2 win for Kompany's side.
