Full-time: Dortmund 3-3 Stuttgart

Where to start? A quite breathless encounter at Signal Iduna Park ends all square. Dortmund thought they had won it late on when Adeyemi poked home from close range. Fittingly though, perhaps, it was Undav who had the last laugh as the Stuttgart striker completed his hat-trick to earn the visitors a share of the spoils.

Signal Iduna Park erupts! Adeyemi picks up the ball deep inside his own half, shrugs off Jeltsch's challenge and plays in Beier, who unselfishly plays the ball back to the winger inside the Stuttgart box. Adeyemi prods the ball past Nübel to restore Dortmund's advantage!

Two-goal cushion!

Dortmund have their second! It's a brilliant move from the home side as Ryerson feeds Anton, who cuts the ball back for Guirassy on the edge of the box. The striker's shot is parried by Nübel, who does superbly to deny Beier on the follow-up. It's third-time lucky for BVB, though, as Beier prods home the loose ball to double their advantage.

Heavily involved

Leweling has been Stuttgart's best player in the opening stages of the first half. The winger is causing Dortmund all sorts of problems whenever the visitors come forward.
19'

Tomás lively

Brilliant play from Leweling, who races clear down the left and swings in a teasing cross which is flicked wide by Tomás. The Portuguese frontman is picked out by Stiller moments later but can't make space for the shot. Dortmund are living dangerously.

Level pegging

Still goalless at Signal Iduna Park, but both teams are playing some excellent football. Stuttgart have been particularly easy on the eye in the opening 18 minutes or so.

Dortmund finding their groove

This is BVB's best spell of the game so far. Beier finds himself in a good position down the left but his cross is cut out by a Stuttgart defender. Bellingham's delivery moments later is also cleared to safety.

BVB have come a long way

Kovač's first game in charge of Dortmund was a 2-1 home defeat to Stuttgart back in February. Since then, Borussia have picked up 49 points from 24 league matches (W15 D4 L4) – only Bayern have collected more in that time.
