Kick-off!

Banana skin?

Dortmund have only lost two of 11 previous trips to Augsburg, but arrive at the WWK-Arena today winless in their last four away Bundesliga games (D2, L2).

Permutations

To recap, Bayern's 3-1 defeat to Leipzig means Dortmund can climb back to the top of the table, two points clear of the defending champions, with a win in Augsburg. They would then host Mainz on the final weekend, knowing another three points will bring home the title for the first time since 2012. If BVB draw or lose today, however, they'll be reliant on Cologne doing them a favour against Bayern on Matchday 34.

Almost Mr. Ever Present

Dortmund are without Bellingham for only the second time this Bundesliga season. He missed the trip to Mainz on Matchday 17, which BVB won 2-1. The Englishman has scored four goals in his last four games, but Terzic has the ideal replacement in the returning Guerreiro. 'Rapha' has contributed 12 goals since February alone, including two of his own. Some return for a player more accustomed to the left-back role.

Relegation update

Stuttgart now lead Mainz, which has major implications for Augsburg. Goal difference means they're highly unlikely to drop into the automatic relegation zone, but the play-off spot is another story. Bochum and Stuttgart are now just two points behind them...

Watch: The calm before the storm

With Stuttgart currently being held by Mainz, Augsburg will not be able to be relegated automatically. They'd also have to lose their final two games by a mammoth margin to be at risk of dropping into the play-off spot. As things stand, they're all but safe.

More on those teams!

Defender Veiga and midfielder Engels come in for Bauer and Maier respectively, while Yeboah gets the nod over Berisha in the Augsburg attack. Dortmund are without Bellingham due to knee troubles, so Raphael Guerreiro slots into the midfield in the only change to the Gladbach win.

Watch: Bayern vs. Dortmund: title rivals compared

It's the tightest title race for 13 years - how do the top two shake up, with two rounds of fixtures remaining?

Beljo brilliance

Dion Beljo was directly involved in four of Augsburg's past five goals (two goals and two assists). He has scored in his side's past two home matches, too.

Unimpressive Augsburg run

Augsburg have won just one of their past nine Bundesliga matches, although that was in their last home fixture (a 1-0 win against Union Berlin).

Reyna the pick of Dortmund supersubs

Gio Reyna scored his fifth goal off the bench as Dortmund beat Gladbach 5-2. No Bundesliga player has scored more as a substitute this season, and no team has as many as Dortmund's 14 goals from bench players.

Precedents for title hope

Borussia Dortmund twice won the title from the position of going into Matchday 33 second in the table - in 1994/95 and 2001/02.

Season of two halves for Dortmund attacking trio

Haller, Malen and Adeyemi were together unable to find the net at all in the first half of the Bundesliga season. In the second half of the season, they have smashed 22 goals between them.

Win at all costs

Whatever Bayern do against Leipzig on Saturday, Dortmund will take the title race to the final weekend with victory in Augsburg. Of course, if Bayern slip up, BVB will have the chance to regain top spot. But if Bayern win and Dortmund lose, it's game over. A win for Bayern and draw for Dortmund will effectively, if not officially, make Bayern champions.
